Internet Circle 13 (Natural History - non scoring)
This is a non-scoring circle to encourage members to explore the many genre of natural history photography with the exception of ornithology. This includes wild-flowers, fungi and other non-flowering plants, amphibians, reptiles, arthropods, insects and mammals. Images can be taken under controlled conditions, but this must be declared. Mammal photographs are to show animals being wild and free, in their natural or adopted habitats. Images of birds will not be accepted in this circle. To encourage members to photograph new subject areas, every third month a challenge will be set. The first 4 challenges will be wild flowers, wasps and bees, fungi and 4 legged animals. Jon Allanson |
