October is PPC Annual Rally month, this year we are holding it over the weekend 14th to 16th. The venue is Harefield Hall in Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire, club members from all over the UK will be there. This year's Travelling Exhibition Prints will be on display during the weekend before being forwarded on a 7 month journey, commencing at Islesburgh Photographic Club in the Shetlands and then on to other camera clubs throughout the UK.
The club's formal proceedings and evening lectures are for members only, but visitors to Harefield Hall Hotel are welcome to view the exhibition.

Both the Travelling Exhibition Competition and the Digital Projected Image Competition have now been judged. The results can be seen elsewhere on this site.

The Photographic Society of America (PSA) is pleased to announce that Ross Martin, PPSA has received the Proficiency Distinction (PPSA) in recognition of his photographic achievement record in PSA recognized International Exhibitions of photography. To qualify for the Proficiency Distinction, 288 or more acceptances are required. Presentation of the award Certificate will be made in September at the 2011 PSA International Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The award also includes an invitation to exhibit a sample of work in the PPSA Gallery on the PSA web site.
