Photography Clubs

Altrincham and Hale P.S. welcomes all photographers, from beginners to advanced, so if you are looking for a photographic society in the area, please drop in and make yourself known. We meet every Friday in Timperley Library at 7.30pm.


Davyhulme Camera Club  regularly takes our Travelling Exhibition, this site is maintained by PPC member Geoff Babbage.

Harrogate Photographic Society  regularly supports our Travelling Exhibition, and has its own excellent internet presence.

Independent Photography in the South-East of England  is an informal support group for independently-minded photographers and was founded in 1991 by Jill Staples.

Islesburgh Photographic Club   Is in the Shetlands, and regularly takes the PPC Travelling Exhibition.

London Independent Photography  is a friendly forum for both amateur and professional photographers. Its activities are designed to bring together photographers with different interests and different levels of expertise who are interested in developing their personal approach to photography and improving their skills.

Nantwich Camera Club  holds weekly meetings from September to April, with a programme of lectures, competitions and Photoshop tutorials that are organised to instruct and develop photographic expertise.

The East Midlands Monochrome Group   Has a new website, featuring the work of their members. Both traditional and digital monochrome prints are displayed.

The Sub Club   Never mind your 5" x 7" negatives or your 20 mp file, these boys can make posters from pinhead-sized negatives! Get all the information from the definitive site devoted to photography with sub-miniature cameras.

Torbay Photographic Society  was established in 1903 to stimulate interest in all aspects of photography.
